In order to support state-of-the-art browsers, we would like to introduce our current Browser Policy. This ensures you the use of most modern technology. We support the most popular web browsers and the most recent operating system!
We provide full support for:
- Internet Explorer 11 *
- Firefox version 38 and later *
- Chrome version 33 and later *
* At least version 1.2 of SSL/TLS must be enabled for your browser. Older security certificates are not supported.
We also provide limited support for:
- Firefox versions 27 to 37
We do not support:
- Internet Explorer 10 and earlier
- Firefox versions 26 and earlier
- Android 4.0 and earlier
- iOS 7 and earlier
- Mobile browser Versions i.e. for IOS, Android, Windows Phone and Blackberry. (Please use our Android or IOS App.)
Why don't we support older browsers versions?
We use advanced web technologies that provide a superior user experience in the most recent web browsers. We decided in favor of this to accelerate the development pace with which we can bring new product features, and to facilitate adoption of cutting edge web technologies.
What does "full support" mean?
We strive to ensure full functionality of the entire conjectPM product. We will provide full support for our application when you're using this Browser version.
What does "limited support" mean?
As we do not test every older version of a browser, we cannot fully ensure that all the features of our software will work without exception when using that browser.
We will provide support for any security and critical issues affecting Communication, Documents and Drawings.
Other modules and products may not function correctly and are not supported. However, in some cases previous releases of conjectPM were tested against this software and current versions may continue to work now.
We consider it a critical issue when there's a significant impact on a large number of our users, and it's not feasible to upgrade to the latest version.
