Why don't we support older browsers, operating systems, and versions of Java?
We use advanced web technologies that provide a superior user experience in the most recent web browsers. We decided in favour of this to accelerate the development pace with which we can bring new product features, and to facilitate adoption of cutting edge web technologies.
The list of fully supported web browsers and versions of Java will change over time. We adopt Google's policy of supporting the most recent 2 versions, and dropping the 3rd oldest when a new one comes out. This policy allows us to use the best state of the art technology and components for further improvements and client benefits.
What does "full support" mean?
We strive to ensure full functionality of the entire conjectPM product. We will provide full support for our application when you're using this Browser or Java version.
What does "limited support" mean?
We don't test new releases and cannot guarantee full functionality of conjectPM with this Browser or Java version.
We will provide support for any security and critical issues affecting Communication, Documents and Drawings.
Other modules and products may not function correctly and are not supported. However, in some cases previous releases of conjectPM were tested against this software and current versions may continue to work now.
We consider it a critical issue when there's a significant impact on a large number of our users, and it's not feasible to upgrade to the latest version (e.g. Internet Explorer).
