Get a general visibility of all RFIs in your project and make use of the new graphical analysis tool. This saves effort, ensures the compliance of the process and the quality level of your project.
General visibility on all RFIs
There are users, typically project managers, who want to monitor the whole RFI process. Just a general visibility without active notifications. To offer this visibility we have added a new permission for the RFI; the Monitor permission.
Users or groups with this permission can monitor the process, disregarding who has initiated or received it. In the RFI report users having this permission have also access to additional ´Project View´ which shows all processes of this type.
With the Administrate permission processes responded, but not closed by the initiator can be closed and thus removed from the list of open issues. Administrators of this process have also the monitor permission and see the ´Project View´.
We also added a log where it is easy to see when someone was given the permission and when the permission was taken away.
The permission setting can be accessed from the Administration->Smartflow Setting->RFI-Permissions.
For those people having general visibility for RFIs we added an additional reporting option. In the ´Project View´ you can start a new graphical analysis that shows you:
- overall summary of total open issues
- overall progress of how many RFIs got started / responded / closed per month … and the resulting number of open issues
- overview of companies that issued RFIs and in which status they currently are
