Processes often need to be adjusted to specific situations. That's why we have improved their configurability: When setting up a process, you can add individual categories in addition to the present ones.
These Categories can be configured for all steps of the process: Request, Response and Close (in case it is a step in the process). It is possible to define whether the new category should be mandatory or not.
Please note: Already existing system categories can´t be removed, but you can decide if the category is mandatory or not.
To get the full benefit from this enrichment users can filter processes under ´Processes´ report views based on assigned category values. Added categories are also displayed in the XLS-exports.
