Get a general visibility on ANY process within your project and profit from the new graphical analysis for the Drawing Approval Request (DAR). Thus killing two birds with one stone: Ensure the compliance of your processes and the quality level of your project!
General visibility on separate processes
Some users, e.g. project managers, want to monitor specific processes - just a general visibility without active notifications. Users or groups with this monitoring permission can oversee a selected process, disregarding who has initiated or received it. In the respective process-report users having this permission have also access to additional ´Project View´ which shows all processes of this type.
General visibility needs to be enabled for each project in the back office (this needs to be done by your CONJECT Consultant or the CONJECT Support). After the enablement on project level, there will be one person who has the right to configure permissions on general visibility for each separate process.
We also added a log where it is easy to see when someone was given the permission and when the permission was taken away.
The permission setting can be accessed via Administration > Smartflow Setting > Permissions.
Advanced reporting for Drawing Approval Requests
When you use DARs in your project and have enabled general visibility, you can profit from an additional reporting option. In the ´Project View´ you can start a new graphical analysis that makes quality control much easier:
- overview of all started and closed DARs as well as the number of open requests
- average response time for DARs and overview if DARs were responded late OR responded on time
- overview of all companies involved in the drawing review process, their adherence to deadlines and the number of open requests per company
- overview of number of drawings that have been approved, rejected or send back with a comment
You can also click on each graph to get a bigger image:
If you would like to use a graph for your reporting, it’s possible to copy each graph with a right mouse click (save it within a graphics program and add the picture in your reporting).
Of course, all graphical reports can be filtered, e.g. by involved companies, period, etc..
