For many years, the conjectPM platform has been hosted at two completely independent data centers in order to provide customers with high levels of security, availability and performance. We will continue to provide these service capabilities in the future, plus the addition of an ISO 27001 certification across both locations.
In order to achieve this internationally recognized certification, we are to relocate one of our two hosting sites in Munich (currently in the BayernLB headquarters building) to a new data center building in Augsburg. The second site remains in Munich North.
Since both sites remain in Germany, maintained by our trusted partner M-Net communications, nothing changes to the legal framework or the responsible service providers. Furthermore this change also extends the benefits to the conjectDR (data room) and conjectAF (asset file) products.
The M-Net data center in Augsburg meets latest internationally recognized standards in terms of technology, network connectivity and security, thus ensuring our commitments are maintained or exceeded in all areas.
The relocation is scheduled for the second quarter 2016 – the exact date will be announced later. According to the current planning status, availability to the products highlighted above will experience zero or very minimal disruption. The relocation activities are planned to be conducted at a time of very low system load. During the entire relocation project, the security of your data is fully guaranteed.
We would like to familiarize you with our plans and give you enough time to send us feedback and for us to respond and answer your questions. Please do not hesitate to contact us by email to Datacenter-Relocation@conject.com.
Kind regards, your CONJECT Team
