In the BIM model workspace you can manage the models of your project and other project deliverables.
This view is divided into three different sections.
- The toolbar
- The model workspace
- And the general project information
In the toolbar you will find all option that is related to the models.
- Add model – to upload new model(s)
- Attach to .. – to start a process or message on a model
- Add attachments – to link document(s) to a model
On top of the screen you can choose the phase and the status of which models you want to see. A click on the breadcrumb navigation will show all phases / statuses available. By selecting them all models of the respective state will be shown.
In the same line on the right hand side you can choose the view for your BIM models. You can choose between list view and detail view.
General BIM Project Information
On the bottom of your BIM Workspace you can find general information on your BIM project. This information is not related to any model. You can easily add any relevant document to your project and take this information from the document section in conjectPM. In addition you can have general drawings and add it to your model from conjectPM drawings section. Or just start an activity and add a message from you conjectPM communication module. Anything that is linked to your BIM project is listed in this bottom section and can be easily accessed and reviewed.
Toggle filter view with the white/blue filter icon. If you want to see only a particular set of models you can filter here either by name or categories. Only models of the selected phase and status will be shown here. When you change to another phase/status the filter will be kept. To delete a filter set just click on the reset filter button or delete the filters individually.
Find models in any phase and status using the pm. Project search anywhere.
When clicking on a model in BIM model workspace the BIM viewer opens.
Here you can review your model and navigate intuitively through the model. You can use the scroll wheel to zoom in and out. With drag and drop you can rotate the model. Drag and drop with the right mouse key and you can move the model.
On the top you can see similar buttons as in the workspace. In addition there is the option to export the model to COBie.
In the left model overview you can switch between models and also add federate models by selecting multiple models using the checkboxes.
On the right you see model structure tree, types view and model properties. When selecting an element on the model you can see all element properties in the properties tab.
On the bottom section you can see all model attachments, drawings and attachments regarding the model.
