The conjectPM start page will be replaced by the new 'project list' with the next release on February 28th, 2015.
The view of your projects will have a new, easier to view structure. For each project, Administrators have the possibility to include a project image as well as a project description (simply hover over the tile and click on the rack-wheel that appears).
Project image and description will be visible to all users of the project. Also project type and status will appear for each project, as long as they have been entered in the project administration.
Within the project list, users can choose between list view and tile view.
Each user can group his projects via colour code. All favourites or projects with specific characteristics can be grouped and easily found with one click. Groups can be named individually.
Projects can also easily be found using the search.
Organizations will appear within the project list as well and will be marked as such (grey background).
What Administrators can do:
New project image
- Replace the current logo with an image of the project
- Please be aware that the logo will be replaced on the starting page, but will still be available within the project (e.g. as logo for printouts)
- In case you prefer to stick to the logo, please upload it as project image (your advantage: the resolution will be much better than the existing logo)
Within the project description you can share information which is relevant to all users of this project, e.g.
- Current information
- Upcoming due dates
- Contact person with contact details etc.
IMPORTANT: The project name as well as project type and project status still need to be edited within the projects Administration -> Project-/organization profile.
